Order online:
For your security, we only accept online orders by credit card or paypal. We do not accept verbal orders, by post, e-mail or telephone.
Credit cards can be visa or mastercard and can be held by a company, an institution, an individual or a credit card system. Government purchasing cards are accepted. Approval of online card acceptance is a secure bank-to-bank transaction.
A valid paypal account can also be used for purchases.
Debit cards, gift cards and some prepaid credit cards may be declined by the online banking system. Please use another card if this happens.
Purchase orders are only accepted for existing customers with special authorisation. We do not offer discounts for non-profit organisations or educational institutions. All discounts are based on the volume of the product purchased.

Orders are approved electronically and payment is collected when the customer submits the order for processing.
Order deadlines:
Orders received during business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Zurich time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are generally processed and fulfilled by customer service representatives within minutes or hours. Orders for individual profiles are processed immediately after the order has been finalised. Access codes are automatically generated and sent to the invoiced email address. Orders for epic credits are generally processed and credits transferred within four hours during office hours.
Orders received outside of business hours, weekends and holidays are generally processed and fulfilled within 12-24 hours for online products, and the next business day for items to be shipped.
Shipping information:
You select the urgency of shipping your order in the shopping cart at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated by the shopping basket in proportion to the amount of the order.
Shipment of orders. International recipients are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees and exchange rates.
Refunds and credits:
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed.
Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 90 days of purchase.
Electronic profiles can only be refunded prior to use. Completed profiles and reports cannot be reset or refunded.
Facilitation kits, paper profiles, books and training tools can only be returned if unopened and in resalable condition. Unopened items will be refunded upon receipt of the returned product.
Customer service representatives do not see credit card numbers and are unable to change orders as these are bank-to-bank transactions. If you place an order in error, please contact us immediately. We will promptly correct any errors at no cost to you.
Online products are not ‘shipped’ but are delivered by e-mail. The e-mail will include a uniquely coded link to your review. You are responsible for the knowledge, capability and compatibility of software and computers, including (but not limited to) appropriate email and ISP accounts, for electronic, email and online reports and products.
Value Added Tax:
Based on applicable tax laws, learning partners int, disc-partners.com will calculate, collect and remit sales tax for orders shipped to customers in Switzerland. All orders placed through the shopping cart from a country that is not Switzerland, will be tax free.
Limitations of delivery by e-mail, internet or electronic means
Single product access code emails are automatically delivered electronically. epic credits are transferred manually by a customer service representative. Orders received after hours are generally processed and fulfilled within 24 hours of order receipt.
Security:
To prevent international credit card fraud, your credit card information is verified by capturing the ip address, card cvv code, bank bic code, cardholder address, telephone, address comparison, issuing bank and domain server. We do not ship or process orders from countries on the US sanctions list. At our discretion, we may process orders and delay shipment for up to 180 days, pending an international investigation, for countries known to have a high incidence of internet card fraud. If the order is suspicious, it will not be shipped, even with approved credit card authorisation.
