Ils suivent des sch\u00e9mas pr\u00e9visibles selon le type d&#8217;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les \u00e9quipes dirigeantes<\/strong> entrent dans ce que Meta Team appelle le <em>Leadership Constraint Loop<\/em>. 41 % d&#8217;entre elles sont d&#8217;abord bloqu\u00e9es par un d\u00e9ficit de franchise \u2014 les vrais sujets ne s&#8217;abordent pas en r\u00e9union. Cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re des signaux distordus (21 %), puis une d\u00e9rive d\u00e9cisionnelle (18 %), puis une fragmentation dans l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution (13 %). Ces \u00e9quipes ne manquent pas de strat\u00e9gie. Elles manquent d&#8217;un point d&#8217;entr\u00e9e clair pour briser le cycle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les \u00e9quipes habilitantes<\/strong> \u2014 Finance, RH, PMO, Transformation \u2014 traduisent les priorit\u00e9s du leadership en plans et ressources coordonn\u00e9es. Lorsqu&#8217;elles sont contraintes, c&#8217;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement parce que la demande est floue (35 %), que les flux d&#8217;information ne sont pas bien connect\u00e9s (37 %), ou que les parties prenantes ne sont pas align\u00e9es (27 %). R\u00e9sultat : la clart\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique ne se transforme pas en action coordonn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les \u00e9quipes de delivery<\/strong> \u2014 Produit, Ventes, Op\u00e9rations \u2014 convertissent la clart\u00e9 en ex\u00e9cution. Elles sous-performent rarement par manque d&#8217;effort. C&#8217;est la d\u00e9finition du travail qui pose probl\u00e8me (35 %), ou la lenteur d&#8217;ajustement face au changement (33 %), ou la d\u00e9rive des priorit\u00e9s (17 %).
