Negotiating with purpose

negotiation-shaking-handsCommunication is a fundamental skill. Most of us can do it well enough to get by, but we could all probably improve such skill.

Unfortunately, communication is often regarded as a basic skill, we take it for granted and potentially neglect taking time to sharpen our abilities in this area. We will address the main negotiation topics in this workshop, with more.

In addition to the common negotiation techniques, we will address a few challenges for negotiators: self awareness; conflict management and effective communication; the outcome will include proven negotiation techniques, and some essential people reading skills.
