4D leadership

4dl"People are the most important asset in this company" - that's what it says in many anjual reports. We agree with this statement and believe we need to address the question how managers could be spending enough time to support, build and make their team autonomous.

Often, we've observed the focus is rather on managing facts, figures and daily problems, when we can just hope that the transformation of people 'happens'!

According to the situation, your behaviour and skill-set should vary from manager, to leader and/or coach. That's pretty hard! Imagine and practice for yourself on how to achieve that.
