Individually, our learning modules are straightforward and designed for fundamental management skills acquisition. However, for a manager, the challenge is to put it all together and transfer the knowledge into behavioural habits, finding the time to practice. LearnTracks rely on multi-phased learning, one set of skills at a time and therefore better support implementation.
You will start your LearnTrack with a behaviour & skills assessment before attending several learning modules, each completed by individual coaching. Learning is delivered in short workshops, involving implementation assignments and coaching support.
The final training module ties it all together and makes you ready for sharing the success.
