Individually, our learning modules are impactful and represent fundamental management skills. However, the toughest part, for a manager, is to put it all together by translating/ transferring the knowledge into behavioural habits and action. LearnTracks rely on multi-phased learning and therefore better support implementation.

Your teams/managers will start their LearnTrack with a skills / behaviour assessment before attending several learning modules, each followed by individual coaching. Learning is delivered in short workshops, followed by implementation assignments and coaching support.

The final training module ties it all together and makes them ready for implementation. The LearnTracks exist for several audiences: Teams (Workplace); Sales; and Managers. They also cover diverse business and management issues.
