Whether in a front-line team in operations or during a senior management meeting, getting into alignment is a challenge.  In a context from a new product launch to fulfilling a client engagement, or even setting a business unit/ company strategy, the absence of alignment can be a highly debilitating and a rather costly problem.

Disputes or fundamental differences are rarely the issue, it is more often a lack of mutual understanding among peers, teams or even at the senior management level.
